Lead wire encapsulated transformers
Flexible Installation & Wide Compatibility
Designed with lead wire outlets, the transformers can be directly welded or connected via terminals, requiring no PCB pins for assembly. They suit devices with limited space and flexible wiring requirements, such as electric meters, controllers, small home appliances and industrial control boards.
Thanks to vacuum encapsulation and automated production, the products deliver stable electrical parameters and excellent consistency.

We have 8 fully automatic winding production lines, with a capacity of 10,000–15,000 pcs per line per single shift.There are 9 fully automatic stamping & testing lines, capable of 10,000–12,000 pcs per line per single shift.High-frequency robotic production lines achieve an output of 10,000–12,000 pcs per line per single shift.2 automatic potting lines have a capacity of 45,000–55,000 pcs per line per single shift.8 automatic packaging lines run at 8,000–15,000 pcs per line per single shift.
